New to building a gaming pc and looking for a setup that would cost around 700. Looking for a Micro ATX Cube Case build. Will be only playing pub g and overwatch on it.

Few words.
It's not much (due to the small budget) but it will get you started. Build above can play high settings @ 1080p with 60 FPS. To make it a proper gaming rig, you're looking CPU upgrade (e.g i5-7500 or i7-7700), RAM upgrade (2nd 8GB 2400 Mhz stick) and SSD (for shorter loading times).

Put the Core V21 in since it's the most customizable cube case i know,
