The Core2duo line was released in 2006, making it even older than that graphics card. I hate to have to tell you but there really are NO modern games that you are going to be able to play decently with a Core2duo CPU and a ten year old graphics card. I'm sorry that your options are limited because of where you live and your financial situation, but it does not, and can not, change the fact that the only games you will be able to play even halfway properly are going to be whatever games were released near 2006-2009. You might be able to play a few titles that were common in 2010/2011, but you will likely have to do so with extremely low in game settings, and it's gonna suck.

Even back then, that was not a terrific card. Get a better...
No, it's not good for gaming. That GPU was released back in 2008 making it a ten year old graphics card. It is unlikely to even run any modern games at all, much less at even low settings. Probably it does not even support DirectX 10, much less 11 or 12. You CPU is pretty old too, but depending on what board you have you should still be able to run a much newer card than that, and I would not waste my money on it if you are planning on buying it.

You might not even get by playing browser based games with that card, or if you do, it will probably be slow and cumbersome. I'd say you need to pass on that and look for something like a GTX 650 or newer. Preferably a GTX 750, 750 ti, 760 or newer. Those are old too, but they are a lot newer than the ati radeon 4550.

Actually, you MIGHT be able to play those titles, as those are fairly release date similar to that graphics card, but you need to keep in mind that even when that card was new it was not a top shelf card. Even then it was middling at best. So you might be ABLE to play them, but you will need to reduce a LOT of settings. It also depends quite a bit on what resolution you plan to play at.

The lower the resolution, the more likely that you'll be able to increase any of the settings, but also the worse it's going to look.

Gta4 is such an awfull port it just doesn't run well even on a good system. Ghost warrior can be played at 800*600 tho.
