Ryzen 3 bottlenecking?

I just recently built a budjet gaming system with a ryzen 3 1200 and a gtx 780. When I play games like overwatch my cpu usage is at 95-100% but my gpu only at 65%. Is my ryzen bottlenecking or is it just the game?

Overwatch does like cpu power. What resolution are you running and what fps are you getting? You can turn up game settings to put more load on the gpu, this will help utilise the gpu more but won't increase your fps.

I play on mixed setting. Almost everything turned to low exept for texture detail to high and model detail to high. I´ll bump up the settings to ultra and see what happens.
