Ok A friend of mine is having trouble with his Samsung Tablet. He bought it from a used store and it was working fine for awile but now when you press the power button , it will show the Samsung logo and then go strait to Bios configuration. This is a Samsung 500T notebook MD# XE500t1c. There is no keyboard for it just the notebook and a charger. On the BIOS screen there is a SYS INFO, Security, and a EXIT tab. on the systen info tab there is Storage Device------ e-Multi Media Card. CPU Vendor------Intel, CPU Type----Atom CPU Z2760, CPU Speed------1.80 GHz, Total Memory------ 2048 MB, BIOS Version----------P05AAI, MICOM-------P01AAI, and last is purchased Date. Next page is Security, TPM 2.0 Device------ Enabled, under that is Secure Boot Configuration, I can tap on that and it gos to Secure Boot ----- Enabled, And Secure Boot Mode--------- Standered. Next tab is EXIT tab, Save changes and reset, Discard Changes and reset, Restore Defaults, Discard Changes, Save changes and last is Boot Override. Boot Override is blacked out and I can not tap on it. This is a windows 8 OS and this is all I can do and I am stump as to what is wrong and how to fix for him. If I tap on exit it just reloads to Samsung screen then back to BIOS. If I just press and hold Power It will turn off but when I press power again It does the same thing, Samsung screen then to Bios screen. What can I do to fix this for him, Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated. Oh and what would cause this? Is there a fix for this?

Solution
So you are not seeing any storage devices anywhere in the BIOS settings besides smart card? There nothing there then you have nothing to boot from and would indicate a hardware issue if even your BIOS doesn't see your eMMC imbedded storage. It should be in storage devices, system info, or boot order.
