AMD bottleneck possibly?

If I buy a AMD APU A10-7890K Quad-core processor will it bottleneck with my fm2+ socket and MSI 1050 graphics card?

The mentioned APU (processor) and GPU (graphics card), should perform okay together. I wouldn't worry about bottlenecks too much.

Just keep in mind that this combo is at the lower spectrum of modern capability and that you may need to lower game graphics settings for optimal game play.

Having a discrete GPU you may want to look into Athlon X4 800K series.

Alright I know it’s not a full blown i7 comparison processor but I’m just looking to run at least on medium at 1080p with like 60-100 FPS that’s all I want I’ll upgrade more later do you think I can run that much on such games like Fortnite, Overwatch, and pubg?

So do you have any suggestions on a better AMD cpu that can connect with a Fm2/Fm2+/A series Socket? And run higher fps? While parring with the low end graphics card of MSI 1050? And without bottlnecking at all?

Correct. Your CPU is already the max for the FM2+ line of products. Time to move to AM4 or Intel offerings. Sorry.

That would be a much stronger system with those components than what you have now.

Yes, it will work, but likely at a lower speed than rated (2133). It will not be something you would notice in terms of performance. Ryzens can be picky with memory.
