Hello, ive been experiencing a problem with my GTX 750 TI lately, the problem being my GPU fan is going crazy upon starup.
When i boot up my system, my gpu instantly goes to 4000 RPM then back to zero and back to 4000 a few times, this usually happens on the first boot of the day.
The GPU is about one and a half years old and has never been overclocked or modified in any way and its got a default cooler on it.
I was thinking it might be some driver problem or maybe something wrong with my motherboard.
Note: I've only had this problem since last month.
I want to know how and if i can fix this, or if it is something that i should be worried about.

System specs:
GPU: GeForce GTX 750 Ti
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 860 @ 2.80GHz
Memory: 8 GB RAM (7.94 GB RAM usable)
Current resolution: 1920 x 1080, 60Hz
Operating system: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate

Weird. It might just be from booting, booting usually loads the fans up high, it should be fine, as long as it doesnt stay 100 for a while then its fine, because if its stuck at 4000 RPM for like a minute and just keeps spasming up to 100% randomly throughout the day, then you should worry.

The thing is, it never did this until last month, and that only happens about once a day, usually the first boot of the day, it started from going from 0 to 100% once at first today it did it like 5 times, thats why i thought its quite weird, could that maybe be my motherboard?
Note that ive got normal temperatures and usages.

Maybe redo your fan curve? Because ive noticed my stuff kinda heats up when I boot, which causes fans to load up, so that might be the case. Like I said as long as its not 100% for long period of times it should be fine

Nothing changed, i tried different GPU settings aswell, still the same problem occurs.
Note: Temperatures don't change while the fan is going crazy, heres a screenshot of Asus GPU Tweak right after turning on my computer, https://imgur.com/a/nR5EN .
