What is a good 2-4 GB graphics card that can be supported by a 350 W power supply and is affordable

Here are my specs;
CPU- Intel i5 2500
Ram- 12 GB DDR3
Motherboard- Lenovo Mahobay
Graphics- 1024MB ATI AMD Radeon R7 200 Series

Solution
well the 660TI is much better than your current r7 250x. i highly doubt you can get a better card than that if you wanna stick wiht your PSU. but id rather you save up and get a whole system upgrade this year for at least a 1050ti\1060 rig.

I was hoping to spend $200 at the most
I was looking at the 1050 ti but I was told that I need to upgrade my psu if I want to run that card

How long do you think it will be until the prices go down?

It depends on the model of the card you get. 350w is low, but unless it's a cheap garbage unit, it should be Ok. Might be a good idea to replace it anyways just because of the age.

So can my 350 W psu support one of those? I was told that I should upgrade it if I were to get a 1050 ti

they may be right. the lenovo site did not state the specs of the PSU. and the highest card installed ive seen with your motherboard is a nvidia gt 660TI.
you can try the cards from EVGA. they usually sell lower powered editions of cards. maybe the 750Ti or the gtx 950.
you can always opt to upgrade your PSU as well for those 1050ti/1060 cards.

Am I able to upgrade my graphics card to something better without having to upgrade anything else?

No one knows for sure. I would guess a month or so. And you do not need to upgrade your powersupply to use a 1050ti. To get a 1060, you would.
