Hi!
I have some audio interference problems with my PC and I want to get a new PSU on the way, so it will not be a factor in the troubleshooting.
I'm looking for a cheap (under 90$) Silent PSU (or with a 14cm sized fan which I'll replace it with Gelid 14), possibly with Active PFC and some headroom for CPU OC.
The PC is used in a recording room..

My Current System:

CPU: I7 3770k (OC 4.6GHz @~1.3v)
CPU Cooler: Scythe MUGEN MAX
Motheboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H
RAM: 16GB RAM (8g*2 sticks, will be 8g*4 in the future)
GPU: Gainward GTX 970 Phantom 2
Storage:
5 SATA HDDs (7200 rpm)
2 SATA SSDs SATA
USB In Use: 6-14 (Both 3.0 and 2.0)
Fans:
3 x 14cm
3 x 12cm (Arctic :lov:)

My Current PSU:
Gigabyte ODIN 800w (Not sure if PRO or GT, it is at least 6 years old)
Which I replaced its fan with a Gelid 14

Currently my system is almost silent, and I would want to keep it that way..
And I live in Israel, so it needs Europe\EU compatibility

(BTW, the problem I currently have is that the speakers\dac\idk reacts with the screen refreshes in a buzz\hum\bass wobble, I know it's not the PSU, but I want to have a clear conscious to know that I tried and have a spare unit)

Any suggestions for a good cheap PSU that will not introduce much interference and noise and would be at least semi modular in the under 90$?
Thanks in advance :)

To allow room for overclocking and to keep the wattage up so you are not spinning the fans constantly I recommend a 650W minimum. Cheapest one to fit the requirement was the Be Quiet BN275 700W 80+ Silver at €82.99. There are other ones that I would recommend but I am not seeing availability. Nothing semi or fully modular.
