Proper reliable unexpensive PSU for i5 7500 + msi gtx 970 4gb

As it is mentioned in the title I'd like to get an advice on choosing a proper reliable psu for the system with ASUS TUF z270 MK2, i5 7500, msi gtx 970. As I know Ineed to look for somewhere between 550w and 650w but I'd like to pick the best for the money, since Russian currency isn't in its best state at the moment (I'm from Russia btw). And is it worth it to look for a used psu? The price I'm looking for is around the one of Chieftec GDP-650C or AeroCool KSAC series. Maybe a little bit more.

eBay maybe or on Yandex.Market maybe. I'm not limited geographically. I only limited in money. And it's about $50.
