A. Power off the computer.
B. Power on the computer.
C. As soon as you see the rotating loading circle, press and hold the Power Button until the computer shuts off.
D. Repeat this process a few times until you see the "Preparing Automatic Repair" screen.
E. Now you want to let the laptop boot to the "Automatic Repair" screen.
F. Click "Advanced Options" and then select "Troubleshoot".
G. If you have restore points, you can try rollign back to one of those

H. If you do not have a restore point, select "Refresh your PC", if you do not wish to erase data, or "Reset your PC" to erase all data and restore your system.
I. From here just follow the screen instructions until the recovery is completed.

SIDENOTE: You will need to get into the "Advanced Options" in order to get the "Refresh Option". This choice will keep your data, but any programs installed will be lost.

Do not do a "Reset" as that will wipe all data you have on the system.

Alright,..
Make a booteble medium with the latest windows 10 installation files and boot from there.

When asked if you want to do a fresh install or a upgrade, choose upgrade
This should redo the full update to your system from scratch
Give it time, this might take a while (my uncles old laptop took over 2 hours)

I tried this with 2 different bootable win 10 cd's and it just ignores them, hopefully theres still a possible solution that doesnt delete all my data.

MSI H110M pro-vh

Update: the CD worked now but it said to either wipe all my data or remove the cd, click yes and it will continue with update, which didnt fix anything and its still boot looping
