I decide to make a new pc with this components:
ryzen 5 1500x
asrock b540 pro4
avexir 2x4gb ram
1060 6gb(dont know what brand I'll beusing)
apacer panther 120gb ssd
seagate firecuda sshd 1tb

Im planning to get thermaltake litepower 650w for the PSU, but is it good enough for rig above? If it's good enough, then is it plenty enough or I need to get more power?

Seasonic M12II is semi-modular and discontinued by Seasonic at current date. While it's still good PSU. But if you're talking about M12II EVO series then that is fully modular unit from Seasonic that is in production even today. My Haswell build is also powered by M12II EVO series PSU.

Super Flower Golden Green is also one good unit to go for. JonnyGuru reviewed the 450W unit from that series,

That power supply is just overrated junk buy a higher quality power supply.
Any of these would work and are a lot better quality. (what the best buy is depends on where you can buy parts from)
The 520 / 550 watts are more than you need and still allow for some future upgrades.

those option is very hard to find in my country Indonesia. im thinking abot Antec NeoEco Classic 650w (nor neoeco II 650w). what you think about this?
or thermaltake smart rgb 600w (not smart pro), Seasonic S12II-620 620W

I agree with Zerk2012 here, Thermaltake Litepower series are low quality and if you care about your PC, don't go with it.

Also, 500W range PSU is more than enough for your PC. But if you want to have 600W range PSU then feel free to go with any unit from reputable PSU OEM, like Seasonic or Super Flower.

Edit: Out of those that you listed, the Seasonic S12II-620 has highest build quality and i'd go with that one. My AMD build is also powered by S12II series but mine is 520W (full specs with pics in my sig).
