PSU has to be powered off completely

One year after building my own pc it stopped powering on completely. No lights on the motherboard, no sound from the external speakers and no signal to the monitors, nothing. I bought a new power button and switched it for the power button of the case, that didn't help either.

I did discover that switching off the PSU after shutting down the pc would solve the problem. If I leave the PSU off until I want to use the pc again the pc will turn on and work without any problems.

Now my question is if this is a problem with the PSU or something in the motherboard.
Specs of the pc:
PSU - Corsair RM750x
CPU - i5 6500
GPU - MSI Radeon RX 480 Gaming X 4G
MOBO - MSI B150A Gaming Pro
RAM - 2 x 8 GB Kingston HyperX Fury DDR4

Solution
Corsair RMx series is good quality PSU but there are still lemons around. Since your PSU has 10 years of warranty, RMA your PSU.

If you don't trust Corsair or Channel Well Technology anymore (CTW is OEM for RMx series), go with Seasonic in 500W range, e.g Focus+ 550,

Focus+ is the newest PSU line from Seasonic and it comes with 10 years of OEM warranty.
All my 3 PCs: Skylake, Haswell and AMD are also powered by Seasonic. Full specs with pics in my sig.
