So In most games I use vsync for a constant 60fps and smooth gameplay.
But in a few games most noticeably PUBG my frames aren't smooth and if I turn vsync on it drops below 60 I have tried all the vsyncs fast,adaptive, everything. I was looking for a program idea and looking for it if it exists so basically a program that you have your screen lets say 100fps and it would be like a screen over your screen that makes it 60fps not a hundred because without vsync it never goes below 60 so if it was around 80-100 and just like an overlay screen that made it only 60 fps like youtube on youtube its like 720p60fps even though the person recording can have 150 fps it still makes it smooth and 60fps.
So guys please could you help me find a program that does this?
