Not much. First the HD 620 is an integrated graphics chip on the CPU that use the system RAM (UDIMM RAM) for graphics processing. Not sure what you mean when you say "vga is 4gb."

The GT 1030 is a very low end card for e-Sports and older games. The GT 1030 is about one and a half times faster than HD 620.
