slow bootup (solved)

Hello, the BIOS bootup take like 40/50 seconds (30 of black screen and 20-10 on splash screen), instead, my windows take like 3 to 5 seconds to bootup...

Is normal or exist something for speed up the BIOS?

(I have an SSD)

Specs:
CPU: Intel Pentium G4560 / 3.6GHz (BLCK OC)
RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX 8GB DDR4 3000MHz (2x4)
GPU: NVIDIA GEFORCE EVGA GTX960 SuperSuperClocked 2GB GD5
MB: ASUS SABERTOOTH Z170 MARK I
HDD: 1TB Toshiba 7200RPM
HDD2: 640GB WD Blue 7200RPM
SSD: Sunbow 256GB SSD (450+ MB/s)
PSU: KOLINK KL-600W (80+ BRONZE)
CASE: COOLER MASTER MasterBox 5 lite

Temp:
GPU 33°C on BIOS, 37° on Windows
CPU 29°C on BIOS, 33° on Windows

1. are you running the memory test by default?
2. Does your boot order have something like a usb or dvd first?
If it does, it takes time for the motherboard to detect that there is nothing bootable there and proceed to the next in the list.
3. Are there any adapters that you are not using. Something like extra sata adapters?
It takes time to initialize them.
4. Is your ram solid?
Run memtest86 to check.
If a ram setting is too aggressive, the motherboard will take the time to redo the settings so you can boot.
Use cpu-z to see that the ram settings in use are the same as those specified in the bios.
This will usually be set via XMP.
