Hi there.

I want to setup DDNS on my Asus AC3200. I have a multiple NAT environment where my primary router/modem is supplied by my ISP and I have little control over its settings. I am on a business package with a static public IP address and given DNS servers. The ISP router is connected to the WAN port on the Asus and then all my devices connect through the Asus via LAN or WiFi.

ISP Router/Modem:
DCHP: 10.0.0.xx
Has port forwarding functionality
WAN: Business static
DNS: Business server
LAN subnet: 255.255.255.0
LAN IP: 10.0.0.254

Asus Router (in router mode):
WAN IP address: 10.0.0.xx (Automatic)
DCHP: 192.168.1.xx
LAN IP: 192.168.1.1
DNS: Automatic
LAN/WAN Subnet: Automatic

What should my settings be changed to to enable the Asus DDNS service in this multiple NAT environment?

Many thanks
Keanu

Ahhh ... So, the best solution is to put your ISP router/modem into bridge mode, if it is available. This would turn your ISP router/modem into just a modem and your ASUS would become the only router. The WAN port of the ASUS should then have your public IP address.

I need to setup AiCloud and remote access control for my Asus router and it keeps trying to enable their DDNS service.
