I have a Z77-UD5H motherboard with an i5-3470 3.2 GHZ chip. Running win XP SP3 32 Bit. I have completely wiped("Nuked") The hard drive, reinstalled OS, Used CCCleaner, Avast and Spybot. I have tried to update Bios..Won't update. The PC still shuts down randomly and it is not overheating.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated as I am now at a complete loss.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Turns out all I had to do was replace the heat sync gel/paste. Well at least so far that has worked. Thanks for the help Tolis_GR. Appreciated.
