Can not foward ports

Hello!
I have very simple problem. I can't foward ports on my router HUAWEI B315. I tried almost everything, turning on UPNP, DMZ, DNS, and nothing helps me. I guess my network Internet provider isn't blocking ports. Help :/

My bad - I did not check that this is in fact 4G/LTE router. Forget about port-forwarding - I know of no wireless operator who offers public IPs over 4G/LTE.

I don't see my router IP in router statistics, settings ;/

My operator probably offers public IP, but I'm not sure about public IP over 4G
Thanks for your help, I have what I wanted to know! ;)
