hello people,i just got an i5 4460 and its a massive improvement from i3 4170 :D

im looking to buy https://pcpartpicker.com/product/8fx9TW/gigabyte-geforce-gtx-1050-ti-4gb-video-card-gv-n105td5-4gd
now,i've read online that the only difference between this card and the same one but with 2 fans is purely aesthetical,no performance/temperature difference at all...thoughts? true or false?

my build is :
mobo - asus h81m-k
cpu - i5 4460
2x8 gb ddr3 1600mhz
fractal integra m 450w psu
1 tb hdd
monitor is aoc e2275swj 1080p

its got a TN panel,is there any vivid difference between TN and IPS type?

also,if you have any suggestions about a better card in the same price range i'd love to hear it :)

anyway,i will be playing pubg,warhammer 2 total war,witcher 3,gta V, r6:siege etc.
will this card give me medium settings on 1080p

GTX 1050 Ti will do medium settings @ 1080p just fine. As far as which brand GTX 1050 Ti to go for, here's further reading,

There's difference between IPS and TN panel. IPS panel has far better colors and images look a lot more nicer than on TN panel, while TN panel response time is much faster than IPS panel. In short, TN panel is great for fast-paced gaming (e.g twitch shooters), while IPS panel is great for everything else.
