Cannot Access BIOS On MSI Mobo

My computer jumps almost straight to the windows boot logo for Win10 right after it POSTs. Even before my PC POSTs, I am already spamming Del and F2, but it never goes to the BIOS. I am attempting to manually OC my FX-6300 to 4.5GHz on an MSI 760GMA-P34(FX) board.

I tried that method, but the advanced options included nothing related to the UEFI settings. I also tried another method, where you shift+shutdown and then hold F2 all the way thru boot, which also didn't work.

have you tried clearing CMOS? and after that try to access BIOS.

you should change your BIOS to the following if you are able to access
* set SATA mode to AHCI
* set Boot mode to CSM disabled/UEFI/legacy disabled (depending on your BIOS)
