PC smells like burning plastic

I just built a PC. It has a plastic smell coming from both case fans. Its been about a week since I built it. I got a good PSU (EVGA). Gtx 1080ti i5 7600k 16gb ddr4 ram.

Did you remove all plastic covers off the components before putting them in. There would be one on the GPU, and the motherboard. Sometimes there are some on the RAM aswell. Peel these off.

Ill check today, tried smelling for the component, couldnt really pin point the smell
