I have the Gigabyte Gtx 770 and the motherboard B75M-D3H.
Last night the pc work properly as the last 3 years I owned it, this morning I tried to wake up my PC with no luck.
It's just restarting over and over again, stuck on Gigabyte boot screen, cant get into bios, so I tried to isolate the problem and I found that the problem only accured when the GPU is connected.
Also I tried to replace GPU and it's boot so the problem for sure in the GTX 770.
There is any way to resolve it? What should I do? there is still warranty for that, I bought it in March 13 2014.

Solution
Solved ! It seems to be the bios.
I just updated the motherboard to the newest version and it's work flawlessly.
Although you didn't right, I am very grateful to you for trying to help me.

you can remove you GPU first. connect with your motherboard. login to windows. download DDU. restart to safemode. run DDU to clean nvidia driver. shutdown. insert your GPU. connect display cable to GPU. boot. if you are able to login to windows, download and install the latest nvidia driver. restart.

Most manufacturer warranties last one year, maybe two at the very most. If your card is no longer functioning properly and you're absolutely certain it's the root cause, it's time to invest in a new one.

As for the suggestion with DDU (Direct Driver Uninstaller), make sure you READ the instructions very carefully. You could easily do more harm than good if you rush through it.
