Help WIth CPU Cooler Installation

So I've been stuck with a fan Not sure of the make or model but its not an intel stock cooler and I i didn't install it (bought a pc been upgrading it) So I bought a hyper t2 and When i went to install it I noticed The Intel Push pins do not fit in the holes So i removed the motherboard and noticed the back plate is some random back plate i've never seen before so i wanted to know if anyone knows where i can get a back plate that will work with the intel push pins.

The problem I ran into was the holes around the cpu where you are supposed to mount the cooler are too big
so i was figuring i need some sort of backplate to make up for it. I suppose i need a new motherboard and I can't take a picture tonight.
