i get fps drop with this pc what is wrong with my pc

hello guys i get this pc new and suddenly fps drop in games gta v ark and.... here is my pc:
cpu : intel corei7 7700k
ram: gskill tridntz 3200 2x8gb ddr4
motherboard: strix z270f gaming
graphic: zotac 1080ti amp editon
power:antec HCG 750M
cpu liquid cooler : antec h600pro
hdd: WD Blue 1 TB

looks like your system isnt effective in using RAM rn. or GTA V may need more RAM requirements than was stated or its just a memory leak bug. you can do any of the following to fix that.
* reinstall the latest chipset driver for your motherboard. BIOS as well if necessary.
* optimize your virtual memory settings in your OS.

* send memory leak reports to GTA support forum and wait for their next bug fix release
* download CleanMem to help your system manage RAM better (temporary fix)

can you show us what your RAM looks like when you are playing GTA? alt+tab. press winkey+s. type "resource monitor". go to memory tab. screenshot and upload in imgur and share the link here.
if you have HWinfo. you can run the sensors for your GPU and CPU. check temps and clock speeds.
