My flash storage is bricked so I want to install chromeos on my 64gb usb flash drive and run it on my Dell Chromebook 11 3180. Is that possible?

I cant use that becouse I cannot turn on develop mode. My OS doesnt work becouse the flash storage is physicly bricked.

Well in that case I can't see any way to install any OS on an external flash/pen drive if host PC has to be in full working order.
So it'll mean a new Chromebook then, or at least a new laptop of some kind, whether it runs ChromeOS or Windows is up to you, but your current Chromebook is useless obviously (unless you fancy returning it to have it fixed - - that'll be pricey though).
