New system will freeze and restart. This typical happens when I multi task. It will also happen when using my VR headset with an unoptimized game, or when repeatedly taking it on and off. (Which switches between VR and PC controls)

Gaming has no been an issue, and BF1 will run no problem on max for hours.

My System

OS - WIndows 10 Pro
MOBO - Gigabyte AX370-Gaming K7 / BIOS F10 (Recently updated, was crashing before update, and update did not fix)
CPU - Ryzen 7 1800x
GPU - EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 GAMING, 8GB GDDRX
RAM - Corsair Vengeance RGB 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200 (Runs at 2133 by default i guess)
PSU - Corsair RMx Series, RM850x, 850W, Fully Modular Power Supply, 80+ Gold Certified

Has not crashed while doing anything intensive(like gaming), so temps have always been low during a crash.

I have not done any over-clocking yet, so everything is default.

F10 bios was super unstable for me, I have dropped to F6 to see if that is better. If not, I will go back to F4. F10 was crashing even while system was idle.

I'm on a new Ryzen build also with the 1800x and GA-AX370 gaming 7. I'm on Bios rev. 10 and it has been super stable. Not using VR or anything, nor have I gamed with it yet, but its overclocked and prime 95 + Memtest 86 have been run for several hours and no issues once I reached a stable OC.

Perhaps a silly question as you say it is a 'new' build but did you do a completely clean install of windows? Also what hard drive are you using?
