And Im thinking to buy Gigabyte Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti G1 Gaming 4GB but Im not sure if the Processor will handle it , Im not really experenced in Pc's stuff , My in game FPS for CS:GO is around 50-70 fps League of Legends I get on Medium 60-80fps how ever for newer games like PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS I get 20-30 fps on very low , ant Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon® Wildlands is the same story.

Overall im just trying to get more Fps like 40-60 on Medium settings , ant is it worth it to upgrade and buy Gigabyte Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti G1 Gaming 4GB ???

That x4 is equal to a fx6300 with lesser cores. Although you will see some performance gain, however there will be some amount of bottleneck in cpu demanding games. Now that is not a bad thing per say, but with current card prices, it is only worth it if you can find a decent price for the 1050ti.
