How to remove this wire from projector lamp bulb?

Solution
Spade connectors.

Agree with why_wolf; first photo appears to show soldering. Get a magnifying glass and take a closer look.

The connectors were probably not well fitted to the bulb prongs so the manufacturer "improvised" the fit with a dab of solder.....

Depending on the materials (solder and connectors) small needle nose pliers are likely to do the trick. Just wiggle gently and carefully.

Otherwise just a quick touch or two with a soldering gun should free up the solder. Put something below the connectors to catch any solder drips.

Or if no solder is involved just expanding the spade clip with some heat could loosen and free the wire.

Yeah, I read the instructions too, and didn't find anything. I was able to pull it off about a millimeter, though, so I don't think there's any soldering.
