I have these parts checked on PCPartPicker and there is one error: "1 additional PCI-Express x4 slot is needed". Normally I would look for another motherboard but it states in the Storage specs "1 x M.2 connector (Socket 3, M key, type 2242/2260/2280 SATA and PCIe x4/x2 SSD support)"... But a PCIe 3.0 x4 slot is not listed in the expansion slots which is why I am confused! Thanks so much in advance. If you have a personal preference of Motherboard for thisSSD please feel free to include it in your response! :)

This is the motherboard in question: GIGABYTE GA-B250M-DS3H (rev. 1.0) LGA 1151

And here is the SSD I would like to buy: Intel 750 Series AIC 400GB

I will be using the Nvidia Titan XP

That motherboard has 1 PCI-E x16 and 2 PCI-E 1x slots, so it will work with a graphics card but not the SSD you listed at the same time. The SSD you listed is not a M.2 SSD.

This board has 2 PCI-E x16 lanes, you can install a graphics card in the top x16 slot and the SSD in the 2nd x16 slot, the PCI-E x4 SSD will work in a PCI-E x16 slot or an x8 slot. https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157734

This board I listed is just an example, good board though.
