Recently my computer has been shutting off with no warning, and I think it may be the PSU.

My PC has been working fine for the past couple of years. This problem began actually two weeks ago, but after it happened once it never happened until last Saturday, now it does it all the time. My computer will shut down from being on 10 minutes, up to 4-5 hours, maybe longer.

I don't think it's the problem, but I recently got a new Acer R240HY bidx 23.8-Inch IPS HDMI DVI VGA (1920 x 1080) Widescreen Monitor, the problem never happened before using it.

My computer has been shutting off with no warning whatsoever. However, it seems like my computer is still "on" in some sense, as the fans still run and the lights are still on. When it does this, I can not use my power button or restart button, they simply do not work, so I have to unplug from the outlet or switch off the power supply on the back.
It shuts down even before logging into my account, as I tried doing a hard drive DSKCHK and it didn't make it through the entire thing before shutting off.

I have tested both my CPU and GPU temperatures, and they are fine. I also made sure to check my hard drive using a third party program called CrystalDiskInfo, and nothing came up with that. My fans are also fine.

Personally I am convinced it might have something to do with my PSU, but I want other peoples opinions before I go out and buy a brand new one and have it possibly do nothing. Is there a way to find out if it is my PSU? It's a EVGA 600W Bronze, which is enough to run my current setup, if it wasn't, how would it last years before doing this?

Any help would be appreciated! If you need more info, please let me know.

Then do you think that's the problem? I might just buy that PSU anyways though, because it's better than what I have and fully modular.
