HELP!! BIOS update stuck at 0%

I just wanted to update the bios since i built my first pc recently. My mobo is an ASRock Z370 Pro4. I am doing the version 1.50 update, not the usb drive one the other one where you update in windows, Its been at 0% for 10 minutes now, I am terrified someone please help me
