PC crashes while playing games then restarts after a few minutes

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) I7-6700k CPU @ 4.00GHz (8 CPUs)
Graphics card: EVGA NVIDIA GTX 1080 8GB
Memory: 16GB
HDD: 1TB x2
SSD: 250GB
OS: Windows 10
I got the GPU and SSD after it started happening so I don't think its either of them

Where is the OS? The SSD or the HDD(s)? You don't mention a PSU, but according to https://forum-en.msi.com/faq/article/power-requirements-for-graphics-cards-20 you need a minimum of a 550w power supply, and a quality one at that. A poor or under-powered PSU (or one that's just getting old, or is connected to bad mains) will cause the problem you are experiencing.
