I am building a computer this summer:
i3 8100
gtx 1060 or gtx 1050ti

Is this power supply good? (Also I am going to upgrade my CPU in the next few years and that my motherboard support overclock) Corsair Builder Series CX550M Modular Power Supply - 550 Watt

A computer will always have a bottleneck somewhere, don't worry about that. I probably wouldn't really trust some bottleneck calculator online either.

Look at benchmarks for graphics cards, and get whatever will let you play the games you like to play at the settings/fps that you want, or the best card within your budget if you're limited by cost.
