Low fps in BF1 and GTA5 with good PC

Help! I have AMD X4 860k and RX460 + 8RAM (Windows Reinstalled) but I'm got 20fps in BF1 single player on low settings. GTA5 better but low fps too...

Below min spec cpu for bf1 with a gpu that is just enough for it. Quite obvious why the game is running that bad.
Same story for gta V where the cpu is on the edge.

Your specs are too weak for the games as everybody else has said. they are very demanding games for your hardware and even some relatively high end rigs still suffer with low FPS.
