Reboot loop when ram is in my PC

I took my ram out to clean some dust from my computer and when I tried to put the ram back in and boot the system I was met with a reboot loop. When I have no ram in the PC's LED and fans stay running, but no screen display.
Spec-
-Intel Pentium G4560
-ASRock B250M PRO4
-Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 (2x4gb) 2133MHz
-GeForce GTX 1050 2GB
-Antec vp500p PSU

Try and reseat again. Try with just one stick,use the second slot from the cpu out first to test, also switch if needed.
Do a clear cmos,see if this helps. Do the clear cmos with the pc disconnected from the power i.e. wall.
