Hello everyone, I built a computer a while ago here are the specs:

1050ti ssc
I5-6500
16gb hyper x fury ram
B150 plus d3 ASUS mobo

I was playing overwatch recently and I realized that my frames were locked at 95 even when I changed all my settings to low, no vsync or anything. I updated my drivers with no fix and I assumed it was how I have my setup on my motherboard. I am using the second pciE slot (furthest away from my cpu) because I cannot see my backplate and my card is too long that I cannot fit the SATA cable for my SSD into port one. I figured that because the second slot is a lower speed that it might be hindering my game performance so I went to change it. I took out my card and put it into the first slot and changed my SATA port to 3 and I got no display on my monitor, easy fix. bios just wasn’t set for SATA port 4 boot it was still on 1. I removed the card again, plugged the ssd into SATA 1 and it booted it with no card to bios and all the way up no problem. But in the bios I cannot change the boot port because my motherboard won’t display when the ssd is in a different port. Any help??

1| Are you on the latest BIOS revision?
2| You didn't mention the make and model of your SSD, case and PSU.
3| If this is your board,

you shouldn't be having any issues connecting a SATA SSD to port 1, i.e SATA6G_1

Sorry about that, this is my first time posting. My motherboard is a b150m-plus d3, not just the b150, my bad. My case is the corsair spec alpha, i have a 500 gb samsung evo ssd, and i have a thernaltake 500 or 650W psu. As far as my BIOS goes I have no idea whether it is up to date or even how to update it.
