How do I cool this thing off?

Speccy says my MSI B250M Pro-VD MoBo is running at 110 degrees! (YIKES!) It's been at that temp since I put it in, with fans blasting on it, non-stop. I replaced one of the HDD's with an SSD and moved the whole build into an open-air case. The difference being that now (the fans aren't actually blowing directly on the components, so I don't really see what good that's done, but that's another story for another day) The temp has stayed at 100/111 throughout the entire time. I'm not noticing any drop in performance yet, but I know it's only a matter of time. What I'd like to know is: HOW do I cool this thing down? Should I remove the MoBo's heatsink and apply thermal paste? Add more thermal paste to the CPU? (It's an i5 7th gen Kaby Lake-not overclocked). I doubt I need to look into water cooling, but I'm open to suggestions.

Know what? You guys were right. I panicked. That's what happens when you're broke, you don't have any money, but you put what you have into some shiny new parts for your 'puter and then some stoopid poorly-coded free tool tells you that it's all about to go "BOOM"! You freak out and start scrambling around, looking for ways to avoid that happening, when all you REALLY need to do is check the basic tools (your BIOS-that's what it's there for, stupid) which will tell you that everything is operating WELL within operational parameters. CPU is actually at 52 degrees and system's at 41, so I think I'm doing pretty well. I feel a LOT better now. Thanks guys.
