Pc build for my GTX 1060 3gb £500 - £800

On sort of a budget here, all I have I the graphics card and nothing else and have no clue what to get so I am asking you guys for advice the cheaper the better but I want something like 100fps or around that for a I bow six siege as I will play it the most.

Also would be handy if told me about monitored preferably 144hz 1ms response time.

You can run Windows 10 without activating it, you can buy the licence later and activate it then.

yes you can also get ssd later if you want, no impact to fps just booting and game loading speed.
