On sort of a budget here, all I have I the graphics card and nothing else and have no clue what to get so I am asking you guys for advice the cheaper the better but I want something like 100fps or around that for a I bow six siege as I will play it the most.

Also would be handy if told me about monitored preferably 144hz 1ms response time.
