GL752vw Asus Laptop. GPU - GTX 960m. CPU - I7 - 2600 HQ 2.60GHZ.

Nvidia control panel 3D settings, Global settings, and Program settings have all been set
to the graphics card. I have tried every option and nothing will let it run off the graphics
card. I have unistalled / rolled back the drivers also.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

According to notebook check https://www.notebookcheck.net/Asus-GL752VW-Notebook-Review.161334.0.html your laptop is running Optimus, a combination of iGPU and 960m. In default configuration the 960m acts as a co-processor and iGPU displays the final image.

Some laptops may allow you to configure in the Bios/Advanced/graphics settings to choose which one you prefer. That's if the laptop's screen is wired to both graphics adapters. In some cases the screen is wired only to the iGPU and needs to be on for the screen to work.

Can also be possible the hdmi/DP out ports are wired to the 960m adapter and iGPU controls the laptop screen. I can't find any information how your laptop is configured internally. Your best option is to open bios and check your graphics options. If there is an option in the bios to turn off Optimus iGPU or use 960m (discrete) only, first have a hdmi cable handy so you can hook it up to an external display (monitor or TV) just in case the laptop screen turns off. Again, im not sure if your laptop's screen is wired only to iGPU or both iGPU and 960m or even HDMI outputs.

I've checked the bios and there's no option to change the IGPU. I've also tried using a monitor and it's still not wanting to use it. Now I've changed a few settings and now it will allow certain games to use the GPU, but PUBG and fortnite at the moment are the only ones that keep using the CPU. I'm gonna download a few other games and see how they react, but i feel the outcome will be the same.

Forced it to intel and still getting same frames so i guess we know it's choosing the intel when they're all set to
the GPU. Like i said other games are detecting it and using it. I thought it was possibly steam and reinstalled that with the games along it and still nothing.

Neither are no good unfortunately. Everything I've tried is coming around to the same thing. Maybe next option is sending to ASUS or hard reset. Maybe trying this "It seems that the card becomes unresponsive - so optimus switches out to the intel card.

Usually turning off the Alienware, pulling the power cord, pulling the battery and holding the power button in will resolve the issue."
