GPU or motherboard issue

Hello! I have a GA-H81M-S2PV motherboard, and recently bought a Gigabyte Nvidia GTX 1050Ti WF2 OC 4GB GDDR5 PCI-E. It should be motherboard powered, but it's not happening. The fans from the GPU spin for 10-15 seconds, I hear a BLIP sound, then they stop. I even bought a 6pin molex to power it from the power supply, and that doesn't work either. I have a 550 PSU, 3 case fans, 1 hdd and 1 ssd. I unplugged everything one by one, and even all at once. The GPU doesn't get power.
If you need more details, I'll try to provide them. Thanks in advance!

Solution
The fact that GPU fans stop spinning is absolutely normal for this GPU. They only spin at start (for a test) and then again only when card gets hot enough.
However the cable you linked WILL NOT work with this GPU. It clearly states it does not convert digital signal to analog one - and your monitor is not capable of using digital signal - at least not through VGA port it seems. What monitor you have, on video I can only see its Samsung?
The card you listed requires 6-pin plug from PSU. It will not work if it is not connected.
You mention 550W PSU and buying molex to 6-pin adapter. Well, any real 550 W unit would have at least one if not more PCIe connectors, so I question quality and power capability of your PSU.

I uploaded the dxdiag.txt here https://ufile.io/1aha2. I think it will be more helpfull.
THe motherboard and psu are roughly 1 year old.

@Dragor : I checked the amazon feedback before ordering it, and all of them said there's no need extra power(6pin plug), since it's motherboard powered up. I checked even the motherboard compatibility before ordering it (most answers for from this forum), and they all said it's compatible.

Well, of course it is compatible with motherboard. But no matter what you read on Amazon, if this is your card: https://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-N105TWF2OC-4GD#kf
then it clearly states it needs a 6-pin power: https://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-N105TWF2OC-4GD#sp
Power Connectors 6 pin*1
and a picture showing a 6-pin header:

So, what brand and model your PSU is?

This is the 6pin that I bought:

I'll update the PSU brand and model when I get home, roughly 6pm.
Thanks for bearing with me.

A GeForce 9800 GT. No additional power requiered. So you are positive that the PSU doesn't support it and getting a new one will solve the issue? If yes, can you please recommend me one?

As far as I know, 9800gt requires two 6-pin plugs. And a minimum 400 W PSU. Something's not right here.
And of course, I can't be sure problem is cause by PSU - I would need to know for sure that your new GPU works before I can blame PSU. Otherwise there is possibility that it's the card that come faulty to you. But anyway, that PSU looks so low quality that I would swap it asap, no matter if it is the cause of your problem or not.

This is the one.
And I quote from the specifications: Nominal Power (w) 550

Non modular means all the PSU cables are not detachable. Semi modular has most of the cables detachable, only 24-pin and 4/8-pin are fixed. Fully modular PSU has all cables detachable.
Right now I don't see anything sensible enough cheaper then Corsair CX450M (around 50 pounds). Those EVGA you listed are not quality units.

Ok man. Thank you so much for your help. I will buy one of your recommendations then update the thread if it solved the issue.
Ps: if you're from London, drop by Westfield mall in White City sometime. I'll buy you a beer!

What cable and adapters did you used to connect monitor? Because I see (analog signal) on your monitor in this video. 1050 ti is not sending analog signal, so that will never work. You have to use DVI cable or HDMI cable. If your monitor has only VGA input, you need DVI to VGA active adapter.
If you are using correct cables, then it is quite possible you got faulty GPU. Check if the system works fine with no GPU (monitor connected to motherboard).

I'm using this adaptor cable https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01MRRTAT6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
But I don't think this is the issue. It's the same as before. The GPU spins for a few seconds, then after the beep sounds(system check I think), it just stops. Check the video I attached above.

PS: quoting from a redditor who tried to help me before, because my pc kept rebooting : "But.. remember what I said about 9800GT and wrecking motherboards? That's kinda the thing that happened often - it was burning parts of the pcie slot and pop some caps on the way! Funny thing is - many times the system kept functioning (with frequent reboots), but once you took the card out and plug it into another mobo it did not work anymore, or vice-versa: plug in a new gpu and get errors or no boot." What do you think of it?

The fact that GPU fans stop spinning is absolutely normal for this GPU. They only spin at start (for a test) and then again only when card gets hot enough.
However the cable you linked WILL NOT work with this GPU. It clearly states it does not convert digital signal to analog one - and your monitor is not capable of using digital signal - at least not through VGA port it seems. What monitor you have, on video I can only see its Samsung?

The cable was the problem. Bought a new monitor, a HDMI cable, and everything is working just fine.
Ps: the GPU does work without additional 6pin plug from the PSU, but now that I have the new PSU, I use it as well.
