Which is fastest, I7 6700T vs i7 7700HQ vs i5 7400?

As the title says, I want to know which of the CPUs are the fastest and will run the best. Yes, I know that one of them are laptop CPUs while the other two are desktops, and yes I know that they are very different. I also know that the prices do range by a lot, but I'm not getting any of these. I just want to know which one will the best and the fastest chip since a friend asked me and I had no idea and couldn't find an answer online somewhere else. Thanks again! :)

The i7-7700HQ should perform similar to the i7-6700T. The i7-6700T is more powerful and significantly more expensive than the i5 7400; for a bit more money he could get an i7-7700K. Does he plan on buying a laptop or a desktop?
