I'm trying to update my mobo, it is a Asus Z170 Pro Gaming. I want to know what update i need because there are a lot of them. I don't know if i need to install them all, or just only the latest one.

I want to also add that maybe you should wait for 2-3 weeks because of the latest Intel Meltdown/Spectre mess. Some of the latest updates may be buggy causing system stability issues. So if you have to update the BIOS check the date and don't select any update that came during the last 1 moth. In the future where the situation will improve you can freely update to the latest version.
