Any other component I need to upgrade?

I have i5 7400. Now I want to upgrade to i5 8400. Motherboard model is gigabyte ga-h110m-s2. Is there something extra that i will need to run i5 8400.

Yes you will need a new motherboard because 8400 requires a newer version of the LGA1151 motherboard. If you install a i5 8400 into your board the system won't boot. You need the Z370 chipset for coffee lake.
