You should be keeping your data backed up anyway, not waiting till a drive shows a possible problem!
Backup now before running any diagnostics - - since diagnostic tests can affect data.
If I see any adverse info on drive health I always replace it ASAP.

I'd say your drive is fine. I'd also reitereate the above: backup your data at least weekly, and if you're clever, you'd do an image backup every couple of weeks, because HDDs aren't forever, and when they're gone, they're gone...
