That will depend on your motherboard and if the GPU requires an additional power input, your PSU should provide the necessary connectors. If the PSU doesn't have the connectors then it's probable that it'll need replacing.

By 'second' you mean SLI it? Or pair it up with another GPU?
The first option is impossible, the 1060 doesn't support SLI, the second option, while possible, won't increase your gaming experience since they can't work together simultaneously...
May I ask what are you think of adding the card for?

The H110 are the most budgety LGA 1151 mobos out there, i'm not aware of a model that can hold up to two or more GPUs.
So if you wanna add another one, you would have to get another with more PCI-E x16 for more current cards...
Still, you can mine with the 1060 alone...

So the PCIe (x1) are no good for what I want?
Each card must have it's own PCIe (x16) ?
Is that correct
Or could I buy one that has 1 x PCIe 2.0 x16, 5 x PCIe 2.0 x1.
This says it supports 6 cards
Is it the 2.0 part that makes the difference?
OR
Could I actually run 3 cards on the current one?

If i'm not wrong, you can run all three card using all your PCI-E lanes, but cards that uses anything lower than x16 are very ancient and probably not good for mining anyway...
The one you listed has, still, just one PCI-E x16 as well, so that's a no-go.
