Using Integrated Graphics for Certain Programs

So, I have this app for Steam called Wallpaper Engine. When I play a game, the animation on the wallpaper that I currently have gets slowed and choppy. (I have 2 monitors, and this wallpaper shows the waveforms of the game's audio which is really cool looking - in the gifs there is no sound playing from my computer, which just makes them dots.)

Now I was thinking about using my Intel HD graphics to run the wallpaper, so the game and the wallpaper would run better together, but when I go to NVidia settings and find the app, there is no option to switch between the GPU and Intel HD. What's my issue?

P.S.: I have my second monitor connected from the motherboard and the one I game on is plugged to the GPU (GTX 970)

Read through the article. My issue is that the option under Desktop is not actually there. It is recognized in MSI Afterburner but not seen anywhere on NVidia control panel. There isn't even the "Preferred Graphics Driver" option in my Control Panel! Also all of my drivers are up to date.
