Looking for a upgrade for PC on tight budget

Hi guys I have a PC with Pentium dual core processor and 4gb ddr 3 ram. I was thinking about the gigabyte geforce gt 710 gpu 2gb ddr5 .i just want to know whether it will be a good decision as I am wishing to play some low end games like outlast, mafia 2,saints row the third, assassins creed black flag at 720p resolution. Please let me know whether it will be a right decision. Thanks in advance.

the 710 is old and quite slow now, if i were you i'd get a GT 1030 or RX 550 (if you can find one for msrp, cheapest I've seen is £66 which is the same as the msrp for the 1030) both of these are cheap and don't need external power. The RX 550 is substantially more powerful than the 1030, so does mean that any future CPU upgrade won't mean you need a new GPU. I'd rather have the CPU bottleneck my system than the GPU.
