Can't install amd drivers after uninstalling them and pc crashes after a few secs in desktop HELP

I uninstalled my amd drivers using the control panel and clicking amd software then clicking clean uninstall. after the pc restarted after a few seconds in the desktop it freezes. I tried installing the driver on safemode but it says "Error 99 – AMD Installer Cannot Continue Because the Driver has not Been Digitally Signed" during the installation. I have also tried sysyem restore but it doesn't work. I have also tried disabling the On the device manager on display adapter it says "standard vga graphics adapter" and on dxdiag under the display tab it shows nothing. i hope somebody can help

cpu: amd a10 7870k
gpu: integrated gpu of the apu

Try using display driver uninstaller in safe mode:

If it's anything like shit nvidia gives sometimes with their drivers uninstall/reinstall/update you're golden, it should automaticly wipe any conflicts, leftovers and registry screwups.

I tried using the display driver uninstaller in safe mode and it worked. the last few times i tried it was safe mode with network so i guess using it in plain safe mode did the trick thanks
