Im looking forward to switch to Ryzen but Im worried that the motherboard im going to get isnt compatible with my current RAM based from the QVL memory list of the motherboard page.

Will the Asrock AB350 Pro 4 be compatible with my G.Skills Ripjaws V F4-2400C15D-16GVR or will it just work fine with no problems whatsoever. Can I also OC my RAM?

yes, compatible. 2400 is fine. OC to 2666+? you can try but not very promising. Ryzen is really picky on the ram, haven't seen many running higher than factory clock speed.

yea i was thinking about that but the price hike in my country (phil) isnt nice at all so im just going to stick on what i have until the prices calms down
