I need to get a GPU that will be compatible with my system:

ASUS Desktop PC M11BB Series
AMD A10-6700 APU with Radeon HD Graphics
8.00 GB RAM
64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor
350 Watt PS ( 600 Watt Available)

My goal is to run Path of Exile at 60 FPS.

With your PSU as the limiting factor, I'd say the GTX1050Ti 4GB would be your safest investment. Swap out the PSU to a 550W-650W unit and you can drop in an RX480/GTX1060 6GB.
